Current Availablilty

We are in the process now of starting our plants for this selling season. The perennials have been started and the annuals are due to start next week. This should be an excellent year for gardening . The garden pests, so plentiful in the last several years, should have cut back with the cold weather we have had this year.

Chickens for Fun!
|
The eggs are fresh and delicious. There is nothing like eating a fresh egg. And now that I have I don't think I could ever go back to the store bought kind. Chickens are fun and great fun to watch. We have hatched out a new batch of birds and will also have some for sale this year. Our current brood includes: Light Brahmas, Buff Orpingtons, New Hampshires and Black Australorps. These are heavy breeds and more gentle than the leghorns we originally started with. The boys have also started raising Quail for fun. They have hatched several out and are also selling fresh eggs.
